We offer FREE SHIPPING on domestic and international orders!
All orders placed on abbyschoices.com will have a processing time of 1-3 business days before shipping. Once shipped, the estimated delivery time for all orders is approximately 7-15 business days, regardless of your location.
*Please note that due to customs procedures, delivery time for international orders to some destinations may take more than 15 business days to arrive.
As part of our ongoing sustainability efforts, we ship all orders from the manufacturing centers where our products are produced, helping to reduce our carbon footprint by avoiding unnecessary air miles. Thank you for your patience, your support helps our commitment to a green future.
Shipping Disclaimer:
Changes to your order: Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes to it. This means that we cannot change the shipping address, shipping method, or items in your order.
Verify your shipping address: Please be sure to verify your shipping address before completing checkout to ensure a smooth delivery. We cannot exchange or refund orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost, Stolen or Lost Packages: Once your order has shipped, we no longer have control over delivery. If you believe your package has been lost, stolen or lost, we recommend filing a claim with the courier company.
Refunds: We do not refund orders that scan as "Delivered." If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, we recommend that you contact your local post office and file a claim.
Tracking numbers: The tracking number can be found in the shipping confirmation email sent to the email address used when placing the order. Tracking numbers may take up to 72 hours to be verified.
Return shipping cost: If you need to return an item, we do not cover the return shipping costs. However, we will issue a return label which will be deducted from your refund.
Return to sender policy:
If a package is marked "Return to Sender" due to incorrect address, absentee recipient, or buyer reasons, we will send an email reminder to the contact information you provided. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure accurate shipping details at the time of purchase.
Important notes about returning packages for international orders:
If a package is returned to sender, we regret to inform you that we are unable to provide redelivery services. Due to the complexity of the international shipping process, all returned packages will be sent to a sorting center for disposal.
