Refund Policy
We have a refund policy of 7 days. You will have 7 days to contact us from when you received your order to let us know you'd like a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your items must be in the same condition in which they were sent, be unworn/unused, and be in the original packaging. You will also need a proof of purchase or order confirmation email.

Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that a standard shipping fee of 9.99 USD will be deducted from your refund amount to cover return shipping. Please do not send us a return without first contacting us as it will not be accepted.
Once your return is received and approved, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you that the refund has been completed and will be reverted to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue your refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and correct it. Damage claims are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
